(三)支持措施
1.岗位：教授、副教授;
2.薪酬：教授50万元/年起、副教授32万元/年起;
3.补助：若符合福建省引进高层次人才评价认定办法(文件详见：http://rsc.xmu.edu.cn/rcxm/list.htm)，申报入选后可享受安家补助12.5万元-50万元。
4.住房：周转房+住房补贴100万元;
5.经费：人文学科30-50万元、社会科学&数学50-100万元、理工医科100-300万元;
6.空间：优先保障;
7.招生：倾斜支持。
